1、景區以玉為材精心打造近千件大型玉雕藝術品，數量之多、品相之豐，舉世獨一。其中，玉仙宮所供300噸仙姑玉像為世界之最，乃世界級文化瑰寶。仙姑頂背倚巍峰仙境，鳥瞰東方福海，自古就是東方海文化和仙道文化的靈福圣境。巍峰之上，春夏翠林清泉，流溢海光山色；秋冬彩林冰雪，迷幻瓊樓玉閣；真可謂“煙云舒卷覽勝景，松石古淡怡遠情”。

3、浴場海岸線東有麻枷山，西有煙墩山，遙相呼應。萬畝松林帶環繞，沙質柔細，海水清澈，灘坡平緩。點綴于海岸邊的花草、石雕、五色彩棚，更顯風光綺麗，構成了一幅山、海、林、人于一體的美麗圖畫，是游泳、娛樂、度假的勝地。目前已建成并投入使用的有游樂園、水上世界等沙灘游樂設施，開設了快艇、游船、摩托艇等水上游樂項目，并有與此相配套的高中低檔更衣沖洗室、海上救護。此外，餐飲、住宿等服務設施齊全，可滿足不同層次消費者的需求。
4、劉公島自然風光秀美，遠眺松濤翠柏，郁郁蔥蔥，近觀鹿群結隊，鳥語花香，素有“海上仙山”和“世外桃源”的美譽。劉公島是中國近代第一支海軍——北洋水師的誕生地；是中日甲午海戰的主戰場；是全國第一個海上森林公園；是世界上岸最大抹香鯨的安居地；有與天壇、地壇齊名的中華海壇。
